PETALING JAYA: House buyers should take care of unpaid National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) loan should they wish to have a smooth mortgage application process.
GM Training Academy PLT chief executive officer said the listing of National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) loan in Central Credit Reference Information System (CCRIS) has become one of the reasons of loan application rejection.
For loan applicants who have failed to pay back any installments PTPTN loan, he advised that they should negotiate with the officers and start paying back some of it to expedite their application.
