PETALING JAYA, Nov 2 (Bernama) — The diversity of definitions of affordable home price threshold for the Malaysian property market needs to be addressed in a more uniform way, says the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia (REHDA) Institute.
Its Chairman Datuk Jeffrey Ng Tiong Lip said ideally there should be one uniform number as several thresholds are being promoted by different entities.
